Shipping policy

Please notice that some orders are being produced on demand and take a production time of up to 7 work days. 

LOCAL DELIVERY
At Studio Welcome we use a third-party delivery company. Once ready the order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. 

All purchases will be shipped out according to the delivery method chosen upon checking out. If a delivery has been delayed for any reason on our side we will contact the customer directly and update you on the new estimated time of arrival of the courier. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs will be carried out by the customer. In case of delayed delivery, we will contact the customer directly and inform them of the updated times, this will not change the costs or discount the delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If your delivery address is geographically remote, in an isolated location, we may not be able to deliver. In that case, you will be notified before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any region that is prohibited by applicable export laws. 

THE PRICE FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We do not hold responsibility for any package after it has entered your country. We do not keep in contact with your local delivery system and cannot inform you of changes being made in relation to your order. Our website does not support any order tracking system and we are not able to inform you of the status of your package after it has left our logistic center.
