Refund policy

Returns

To start a return you must notify me beforehand and write to liskudoke@gmail.com.
Returns sent without a notification and without being approved, will not be accepted.

Returns can be accepted within 14 days from the arrival of your package. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Items must be returned in their original packing fully intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any return that fails this criteria will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your items are received and processed, a refund will be issued for the returned item in the original form of payment within 5 - 10 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please notice that all custom-made orders, same as orders that include customized features and sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Studio Welcome is not responsible for shipping costs, or any additional costs, taxes, or fees that may come up regarding the return of an order.

It is highly recommended to ship with a tracked courier service since we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
